Writtle Holdings Ltd (Writtle) is pleased to announce that it has sold Raymond Loewy International Ltd (trading as Speed Communications) to The Mission Marketing Group (Mission), an AIM listed marketing communications and advertising group.

Speed Communications will be merged with Mission’s Bray Leino PR business under the Speed Communications brand and remain at its Park St SE1 address. Writtle has taken shares in Mission as well as cash as consideration for the sale which gives Writtle an on-going interest in the enlarged business.

We wish Speed Communications every success in the future. In particular we send our thanks and best wishes to Will Whitehorn, Kate Bosomworth and all the Speed staff for their support and service since we acquired the business as part of Writtle’s acquisition of Loewy Group in 2011.
